Poladroids

Yep! Sometimes also called post-photography, or synthetic photography. They're photos made using AI. Quite prevalent now, but a little less so when I first started creating these pieces.

With a long-time love of photography, creating brand-new photos using AI and without actually going out and taking a single shot just intrigued me.

I've particularly always loved candid shots, which Polaroids just seem to encapsulate perfectly. So I had a random idea for a mix of nostalgia with tech, and wondered if I could use AI to create Polaroids of robots.

Within the first few prompts, I was already laughing at the results and Poladroids was born. Of course, the "official" description is a bit more fun.

A small zero series (prequel set) of Poladroids will be released on zeroone.art as editions during September 2023.

The main Poladroids collection will be released on the Ethereum blockchain as blind mint via Foundation Drops October 1st 2023 at 10am (AEST).

While the tokens will include traits they are purely for searching and filtering, and not at all an indication of rarity. Every token is a 1/1 image.
